We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
- You have 90 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund.
- To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Items that show signs of use or damage due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Exceptions:
- We accept returns and provide refunds if the product is defective due to manufacturing errors, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong item was received, regardless of the product’s condition.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
- We do not charge any restocking fees or handling charges for returns.
4. Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- If no promotions or discounts were applied to your order, you will receive a full refund equal to the original price of the items.
Note: Original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We offer free replacements for exchanges, but you will need to cover the shipping costs.
- The exchanged product must be unused and undamaged.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to inspection before any refund or replacement is issued.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us at support@matchyin.com and let us know the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with the return address.
- Print the return label and securely affix it to your return package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office or arrange for a collection.
Note: The company address is not the return address. The correct return address will be provided by our customer service team.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Cancellation depends on the status of your order:
- Custom-made or personalized items: These cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Shipped orders: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can wait for the package to arrive, and then either keep it or contact us for a refund.
- Do not refuse delivery: Undelivered packages will be returned to the warehouse and potentially disposed of by the courier.
