Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us promptly for cancellations. A full refund will be issued.
- After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. We recommend accepting the package and initiating a return instead of refusing delivery.

- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- Exceptions: Defective items, shipping damages, or incorrect orders are eligible for return regardless of condition.
Exchange Policy
- Contact us within 30 days to exchange your item for a different size or style.
- Exchanged items must be unused and undamaged.
- Free replacement is offered, but you are responsible for shipping costs.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us at support@matchyin.com, specifying the items you wish to return and the reason.
- Our customer service will provide you with a return address.
- Print and attach the return label to your package.
- Arrange a collection or drop off the package at your nearest post office.
Note: The return address provided by customer service is different from our company address.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- No additional restocking or handling fees apply.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Full refunds are given for non-promotional items. Original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
Important Notice
Please ensure only Matchyin items are included in your return package. We are not responsible for returning any non-Matchyin items.
